movin' on up....

to first grade

that is!!!

 

my little Sassafrass graduated from kindergarten this past week.

where did the time go??? seriously???

sass and her best bestie were lucky enough to be in the same class this year

 

now I'm not one of those moms who are so sad that their kid started kindergarten.

i'm more of the type that is jumping up and down shouting

"hooray 3 whole hours with out this child....yipppeeeeee!"

 

don't get me wrong I love my kids,

but i do enjoy the time they are at school.

i could NEVER home school.

when do you get a break?

 

however at this graduation i got a little teary-eyed.

i can't believe how much she has grown this year.

she has gone from a girl who could hardly spell and write her name

to a girl who can read and add and subtract with no problems.

 

we are just so proud of her.

 

they had a cute little slide show of the kids and them saying what they wanted to be when they grow up.

Sass chose to be a doctor.

how awesome she would be a being a doctor!!
