Witch Fest 2012

I love this time of year.
The weather gets colder.
 The leaves change color.
And of course it's Halloween.
 There are a handful of things to do around where we live that are fall/Halloweeney.

 

The kids get out of school early on Fridays so we headed up north to our
 annual Witch Fest Scavenger Hunt up at Gardner's Village.

 

The kids love doing this.

 

We've noticed over the past few years that they usually have the same
witches out but in different locations.
 

 

The witches you have to find are different too.

 

We always have a problem finding one. It took us forever to find the witch using her "eye" phone.

It was on the roof of one of the buildings and for some reason we walked by
it at least a dozen times and never saw it.

 

After we completed our hunt we headed over to the bakery to get
some yummy chocolate chip cookies.
